Turf Padding for Artificial Grass Installations

Turf padding is placed under your artificial lawn to absorb shock. It keeps the ground soft and safe and comes in sheets of foam. These sheets can absorb a lot of shock on impact, adding safety and resilience to your artificial turf surface. Turf padding will not move, but infill can shift over time. Heavy foot traffic or play can move the infill because it can pile up or wear down where there is a stress point. Installing turf padding in addition to infill is the safest way to go.

Shock Absorption for Playgrounds and Commercial Applications

ProPlay Pads offer an ideal layer designed to provide protection for playing children and athletes on sports fields, and commercial playgrounds. They are designed to provide fall protection against head injuries. With high-quality turf padding, artificial grass has a “critical fall height” score that can beat other common surfaces such as real grass, poured rubber, or mulch. The pads top layer is polyester non-woven and non-slip. Our pads are highly elastic and retain their shock absorbing characteristics for many years.
